There is very little to prepare. That is the honest answer — and most people don’t believe it the first time they hear it.
What follows is not a list of rules. It is simply what we’ve found helps. Take what resonates. Leave the rest.
You cannot get better at this. There is no technique to learn before you come, no state to reach, and no version of yourself you need to become first.
People arrive from every kind of life moment — tired or inspired, uncertain or curious, carrying questions or simply following a quiet inner call. However they arrive, the work meets them exactly where they are, and only moves as deeply as they are ready to receive.
Preparation is not about becoming ready. It is practical — it removes what might get in the way. A heavy meal. Tight clothing. Rushing in at the last minute. A little extra rest if your body is asking for it. Small things can make it easier for your system to settle, open, and receive.
None of this is a rule. Your intuition already knows more about what your body needs than any list could. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t. Preparing in the way that feels right for you is the preparation.
None of what follows is required. They’re practical invitations. Follow what resonates, and let the rest go. The work has never depended on a perfect preparation.
Read this once, and you will know what the session looks like. Understanding the flow helps the mind relax. The experience itself begins where words end.
Shoes off. A mat on the floor. We welcome you, explain the process, and answer any questions you may have. Together, we create a space of trust, safety, and presence.
Fully clothed, on your back, eyes closed. Music starts. There is no posture to hold, no breathing pattern to follow, no instruction to remember. You are allowed to simply be there.
Light touch — a hand on the sternum, the head, the feet — and often no contact at all. Always with your consent. You can say no at any moment and nothing about the session changes.
Your own life force responds. Movement, heat, emotion, stillness. It lasts around an hour and a half. Then we sit up slowly, together, and there is time for sharing before anyone goes back outside.
There is no version of this you can fail.
If you’ve read this far, the practical part is already handled. The rest is just choosing a date. Sessions run in person on tour, and online every month.
Most group sessions include many first-time participants. Those who return do so because they are following their own unfolding, at their own pace. There are no social dynamics to navigate, no expectation to interact, and nothing you need to know beforehand — only your own experience.
Feeling little may happen in a first session, and it is not a verdict. The nervous system often needs to establish safety before it will let go. What you don’t feel on the mat frequently shows up in the days after — in sleep, in mood, in what stops bothering you.
Everyone’s eyes are closed. You lie down on your mat with comfortable space around you. The music fills the room, and each person is absorbed in their own experience. Self-consciousness usually fades within the first few minutes.
You don’t need a practice, a vocabulary, or a belief system. Engineers come. Sceptics come. People who have never meditated once come. Your life force does not check your credentials.
You can’t. Your only role is to lie down, breathe naturally, and allow yourself to receive. There is nothing to learn, control, or achieve during the session.
You are never left alone with it. We stay in the room the entire time, we sit together afterwards, and you can pause, open your eyes, sit up, or step out at any point. The space is held so that you don’t have to hold yourself.
Most of the reasons people think they can’t receive this work turn out not to be reasons at all.
The session is safe during your period, and some people even experience it as stronger, as the body is already in a natural state of release and purification. However, everyone is different. Always listen to your body — if you are feeling physically weak or emotionally very sensitive, you may prefer to book another date.
Most prescribed medications are not an obstacle to receiving the work. Continue taking any medication as prescribed, and let us know if you feel there is anything we should be aware of.
None of these matter. The session is received lying down, and no physical ability or previous experience is required.
GIVER® is not therapy and is not intended to replace it. Many people find the two complement each other, each supporting a different aspect of their process.
Some participants notice they feel more emotional, tired, or unsettled in the days leading up to a session. Others notice nothing at all. Whatever your experience, you don’t need to arrive feeling your best. Come exactly as you are.
The work meets you where you are, not where you think you should be.
The transmission is the same. Your room is the variable, so treat it like the venue.
Online is the most accessible way to begin. Your own floor. Your own room. The same Conscious Energy Transmission offered in every in-person experience.
For many, it starts here. Experience what moves within you, then join us in person when the time feels right.
When we confirm your application, you'll receive an email with all the instructions for the session or event, including when to arrive.
Yes, and it's a good way in if you're nervous. Once you lie down you're each in your own experience — you won't be aware of each other for most of it.
You can. Sit up, take your time, step out quietly. Nobody will stop you and nothing needs explaining. Someone will check on you.
No. Fasting for the first time in particular tends to make the session harder, not deeper. Come as you are, lightly fed and rested.
Usually yes, but give yourself thirty minutes first. Sit, drink water, walk a little. If you feel light or spacious, wait longer or take a taxi.
Cancellation. Three weeks or more before the session — 50% refund. Less than three weeks before — no refund.
Need to change your booking? Contact us as soon as you can. We always do our best to accommodate requests when feasible, depending on availability and the nature of the event.
Keep it soft. No big decisions, no heavy social plans, no alcohol. Water, food, sleep. The integration guide covers the days after in full.
It's the most common way to arrive. Nerves mean something in you already knows this matters. Tell us at the door and we'll keep an eye on you.
Absolutely. No prior knowledge or experience is required. This is not a technique to master, but a natural meeting with your own life-force energy. Your inner intelligence already knows what is needed.
No, there isn't. All you need to do is relax, breathe, and allow. Trust your body, and trust the process.
No. Although Kundalini energy is also life energy, this work is not sexual. It is not about stimulating or directing sexual energy. Bliss can arise, but it's a different process. We hold a clear, professional and sacred container.
Sensitivity to energy develops differently for each person. Some people feel strong sensations right away. Others notice more subtle shifts — changes in mood, clarity, or synchronicities in life.
Energy always works, even if the mind cannot perceive it immediately. Trust the process. The more you receive, the more your body learns how to surrender and respond.
When life-force energy flows through blocked areas, the body may move spontaneously — shaking, stretching, laughing, crying, even subtle tremors. This is a natural way for the nervous system to release tension and integrate.
Movements aren't forced or performed. They happen as part of the process, and they're a sign of energy moving.
It can happen that the body falls asleep temporarily during the session, and that is completely okay. Even when the body appears to be asleep, you are still receiving exactly what you need.
In many cases, what looks like sleep is actually a deep altered state of consciousness in which profound inner work is taking place.
Even if your body remains still, the energy is already working with you. Sometimes the process begins subtly and unfolds over time — through dreams, insights, emotional shifts, or bodily sensations. All you need is openness and trust.
Yes. Each session builds naturally upon the previous one, allowing the work to deepen over time.
We generally recommend beginning with three to five sessions, as this creates the space for deeper layers of healing, activation, and integration to unfold.
From there, you're welcome to continue at your own rhythm. Some people return regularly as an ongoing practice. Others come back whenever they feel called.
If you'd like guidance, let us know in the application form — we'll help you find the approach that best supports your process.
If someone close to you isn't ready or doesn't wish to attend, you don't need to wait. By doing your own inner work, you naturally influence the relationships and systems you're part of.
Family members especially are deeply connected. Your own healing often creates shifts that ripple through those closest to you — many people notice changes in the people around them as they themselves transform.
This is not a shortcut to instant enlightenment. One session may open a door, release a blockage, or create a deep energetic shift that can significantly change how you experience your life.
At the same time, this work unfolds through continuity. As you keep walking the path, clarity, depth, and integration naturally grow.
