The Invitation

Sacred Source Retreat: where the journey
becomes transformation.

You don’t come to India by chance.

One of the most ancient and powerful spiritual lands on the planet, where the Ganges born from the Himalayas meets a millennia-old culture still pulses through temples, rituals, and the eyes of those who live here.

The GIVER retreat guides you into the heart of this land, where its wisdom meets GIVER’s energetic and transformative work — through deep practices, ceremonies, and moments of sharing you will have the opportunity to explore new dimensions of yourself.

Sacred Source Retreat · India

What awaits you

Where the journey becomes experience.
And experience turns into self-discovery.

Sacred Source is not a yoga retreat, nor a collection of wellness activities. It’s a journey built with precise intention — where every experience connects to the next. Nine days to return to your inner Source.

Meditation

Guided practices to access a space of inner stillness, expand awareness, and develop a deeper and clearer perception of oneself.

Traditional Pranayama

Sacred breathwork techniques from the Indian tradition. Each practice guides the awakening of prana — vital energy — progressively opening the body’s energetic channels.

Somatic Movement

A conscious movement practice from India’s warrior traditions — awakening body awareness, releasing held tension, and building presence and strength.

Kundalini Activation Astral Work Session

Experience Kundalini energy awakening through the GIVER® method . Deep sessions to release suppressed energy, deepen sensitivity, and restore inner harmony.

Ganga Aarti Ceremony

An authentic evening ritual on the banks of the Ganga . Fire, Vedic chants, and a millennia-old rhythm that draws you into deep connection and presence.

Kirtan

A devotional chanting practice from the Indian tradition that brings voices and mantras together in a collective experience. A sonic journey that opens the heart and awakens joy, presence, and connection.

Source Astral Healing Session

An experience dedicated to healing the Astral Energy Body, supporting realignment, reconnection to Source, and a natural return to balance, clarity, and centeredness.

Foundations of Ayurveda

An introduction to Ayurveda, the ancient science of life. Understand your constitution, your rhythms, and what nourishes or depletes you. Practical knowledge to carry into everyday life.

Astral Sound Healing

Be enveloped by Tibetan singing bowls and elevated purification mantras . An immersive sound journey of harmony, relaxation, and deep inner nourishment.

Foundations of the GIVER Method

The travel experience carries the GIVER principles: giving without losing yourself, bringing cultures together, and recognising that everything is one. An experience of connection and pure essence, where you are free to express your uniqueness and authentic nature. Every gesture becomes a valuable contribution to something greater than ourselves

Sacred Blue Lotus Ceremony

A ritual of presence and listening through the Blue Lotus infusion — a sacred plant long associated with heart opening and the expansion of consciousness. An experience that invites inner calm, clarity, and a deeper connection with oneself.

Asana

Asana builds presence, rootedness, and strength — grounding the subtler energetic work of the week and returning you to the body itself.

The Excursions

The land is part of
the practice.

Asana on the Ganges

Practice on the riverbank as the Ganges flows beside you. The oldest river in India as your witness.

Pranayama at the Waterfall

A breathwork experience immersed in the power of water and nature. The breath meets the elements, and the body opens naturally and powerfully.

Sunrise Meditation

Before the day begins, climb toward the Himalayan peaks. As the sun slowly rises over the valley, you sit in meditation at the top of the world, immersed in the stillness and vastness of the landscape.

Waterfall Trekking

Through the Himalayan hills. A walk that asks something of the body — and gives something back. The land here is not a backdrop. It is practice.

If something in you
has already moved.

Sacred Source welcomes a selected number of participants — to preserve the depth and quality of the experience.

A whole country
in celebration.

On the last day, we will celebrate together the Diwali festival.

On November 8th, as our last day together closes, India lights up. Diwali — the Festival of Lights — fills the streets of Rishikesh, the ghats along the Ganga, every lane and doorway with flame. One of the most sacred celebrations in the country. Thousands of years old.

A night that marks the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, inner clarity over everything that clouds it.

You will not be watching it from the outside. You will be inside it. There is no better way to close the Sacred Source experience.

Who This Is For

You already know, if India is calling.

Sacred Source is open to anyone who feels the pull. No spiritual experience required — only the willingness to arrive, open up, and receive.

You feel drawn to India — not as a tourist, but as someone who senses a deep calling, almost like a homecoming that has been waiting for you.

You are ready to dedicate an entire week to yourself, your energy, and your journey of transformation and deep nourishment.

You would love to experience Pranayama, Sound Healing, wellbeing practices, and ceremonies in their original context.

You don’t need to know GIVER, and you don’t need a spiritual practice behind you. This journey is open to anyone who feels the pull to live something new and to open to a deeper dimension of themselves. You don’t have to know where it will take you. You only have to feel that you want to live it.

    Questions people ask

    Before you come.

Do I need previous experience with energy work or meditation?

No. Sacred Source Retreat is open to complete newcomers and to seasoned practitioners alike. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to prove — only the willingness to arrive and receive. The practices are guided every step of the way.

I’ll be travelling solo. Is it safe — especially for women?

Yes, it is safe. We meet you in Delhi and travel to Rishikesh together; transfers both ways are included. From the moment you land until you fly home you’re part of a small, accompanied group, with Andrea and Giada present throughout. Most of our participants come on their own. Solo travellers and women travelling alone are warmly welcomed.

    How physically demanding is it?

The pace is unhurried and follows the body’s rhythm. Excursions include gentle trekking into the Himalayan foothills and a sunrise climb, and everything can be adapted. You don’t need to be especially fit. Only present.

    What is the accommodation like?

Eight nights in Rishikesh, in accommodation chosen to hold the spirit of the retreat. Three vegetarian meals a day are included.

What about flights and the Indian visa?

International flights and the visa are not included. You fly into Delhi, and we take care of the Delhi ⇄ Rishikesh transfer — leaving 1 November, returning 9 November. You’ll need an Indian tourist visa, straightforward to arrange online at indianvisaonline.gov.in (around USD 25). We recommend one night in Delhi on 31 October, before we leave, and one on 9 November, before your flight home. We’ll point you to the hotel when you apply.

How do I pay, and is there a payment plan?

Once your application is accepted, payment is by bank transfer. You can pay in full, or leave a deposit to hold your place with the balance settled 10 days before departure. Send your application or write to us on WhatsApp and we’ll walk you through the options personally.

What if I’m not a GIVER?

This journey is open to everyone. You don’t need to be part of GIVER® or trained in the method. Only to feel the resonance. Certified GIVERs receive a 10% discount.
