2. Use of the Website

The Website is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our written permission.

3. Our services

We offer group and private sessions, courses, workshops, trainings and retreats, online and in person. Details, requirements and dates are provided in each service description and in the details and contract we send you before booking.

All services are subject to availability. We may change or cancel a scheduled service. If we do, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible.

If we cancel a service, you can choose a full refund of the amount paid for that service or a transfer to another date.

4. Booking and payment

To book a service, you will receive an email with the contract or service details, including the price and applicable terms. Your booking is confirmed once you have agreed to these terms and completed payment. Confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.

Payments are not processed through the Website. Prices may vary and are stated in each contract or service details.

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

The specific cancellation and refund terms for each service are set out in your contract or service details. Unless they state otherwise:

Online services and in-person group sessions are non-refundable, but you may change your booking to another date or service.

Private in-person sessions:

  • Cancelled 3 weeks or more before the session: 50% refund
  • Cancelled less than 3 weeks before the session: no refund

If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We always do our best to accommodate requests, depending on availability and the nature of the event.

6. Your participation and wellbeing

Our sessions, trainings and retreats are experiential practices for personal growth. They can bring up physical, emotional and energetic responses.

  • Our services are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment and do not replace professional care. Do not stop any treatment or medication because of our work.
  • You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own physical and mental wellbeing. If you have any health concerns, please consult a qualified professional before booking.
  • You may pause or stop participating at any time.
  • We may, at our discretion, advise you not to participate or ask you to stop, for your safety or that of the group.
  • Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

7. Conduct

We ask all participants to treat teachers and fellow participants with respect and to follow the guidance given during sessions. We may remove anyone whose behaviour is disrespectful, unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

8. Intellectualproperty

All content on the Website and in our sessions, trainings and retreats, including texts, methods, materials, audio and video, belongs to GIVER® and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • GIVER® is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website and services.
  • Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

10. Events beyondour control

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, illness, travel restrictions or government measures. In these cases, we will work with you to find a fair solution, such as rescheduling.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Website. The terms in force when you book apply to that booking.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of your country of residence.
