The session activates the process. Integration is how it lands.

Most people think the session is the event and everything after is just going home. It’s the other way around. The work begins in the room, but it keeps unfolding long after — reorganising the nervous system, loosening what was held, surfacing what’s ready to go.

Integration is not a task to complete or a state to reach. It’s simply what you allow to happen in the days and weeks that follow — and how gently you’re willing to let your life absorb the shift.

This work is not about leaving the body, transcending it, or bypassing what is human in you. It is the opposite direction — down, in, back into your ordinary life, carrying more of yourself than before.

The most important thing you can do afterwards is give this energy space, and trust that your own inner intelligence knows how to finish what the session began.

Integrating in the way that feels right for you is the integration.

Personal Healing

Your process is entirely your own.

Every person experiences this work differently, because every body, nervous system, and life story is unique. There is no right way to heal, and no fixed timeline to follow.

As your Life Force begins to move more freely, emotional blockages, stored tension, and old patterns can gradually soften and release. With each session, your awareness expands, your perception shifts, and new ways of relating to yourself and life naturally emerge.

Be gentle with yourself. Trust the process. Every layer has its purpose — allow each one to unfold in its own time. Enjoy your journey.

14Days After

The first 14 days are often the peak of the integration process, it is when many people notice physical, emotional, or perceptual shifts. During this period, the intensified Life Force Energy continues to reorganise your system from within, as your body, mind, and nervous system adapt around new levels of awareness.

Integration, however, doesn’t end there. The deeper process continues unfolding for weeks or even months, as your system embodies these changes in its own time.

Be receptive

Stay mindful of what unfolds during this integration period. Notice, don’t force.

Honour your energy

Energy levels may fluctuate. Don’t push too hard or neglect the rest you need.

Embrace it all

Allow yourself to feel, release, observe, accept, and receive all that arises.

Expect shifts

Inner work brings substantial change — natural renunciations, heightened clarity in life.

Understand So You Can Trust The Process

What integration looks like.

Integration is not one experience. It usually moves through phases, at its own pace. Knowing the shape of it helps the mind relax and stop looking for something to fix.

01

The settling

The first hours and night. The body is coming down from an altered state — maybe tired, tender, sometimes quietly high. Rest is the whole job. Let the system land.

02

The release

Over the first days, held emotion or memory may rise to complete its exit. Waves of feeling, vivid dreams, moments of clarity. It’s energy moving, not something going wrong.

03

The recalibration

The nervous system reorganises. Sleep changes, patterns loosen, old reactions lose their grip. You may not notice it directly — the people around you often do first.

04

The becoming

Over weeks, the shift becomes ordinary. Not a peak experience you chase, but a change in how you feel — steadier, clearer, more yourself. This is where transformation begins.

Let it unfold.

Do not judge the integration by your session’s sensory experience. Both powerful and suave sessions are equally important, and neither affects how you evolve.

01Delay the big decisions

After a session, everything can feel newly clear — or newly raw. Let insight settle for a few days before you act on it. Real clarity survives a few nights’ sleep.

02Lower the input

Less news, fewer intense screens, quieter social plans. Give the inner space you opened a chance to stay open a little longer.

03Notice without analysing

A few honest lines in a journal — what you felt, dreamed, or noticed shifting — can help you track the process. But don’t force meaning. Curiosity, not interrogation.

04Watch the small changes

Integration rarely announces itself. It shows up as better sleep, a lighter mood, a reaction that no longer fires, a boundary that suddenly feels easy. These are the real results.

05Let relationships recalibrate

As your own patterns loosen, the people around you may feel it too. Give the shifts room. You don’t need to explain your process to everyone in it.

06Stay in your body

Gentle movement, breath, rest, time in nature. Integration is a somatic process before it’s a mental one. Keep coming back to the body when the mind wants to take over.

07Do less, not more

Keep the schedule light if you can. No big social events, no crowds, no noise. Let the experience settle before the world rushes back in.

08Let emotion pass through

If tears come, let them. If joy comes, let it. You are not required to explain any of it — only to allow it.

You cannot integrate this wrong.

  • Some people feel lighter for days, as if something was set down.
  • Some people cry for no nameable reason, and feel clearer after.
  • Some people sleep like the dead, or dream more vividly than they have in years.
  • Some people feel raw or tender before they feel steady.
  • Some people notice nothing for a week — then something quietly shifts.
  • Some people simply feel more like themselves, without knowing why.
  • There is no version of this you can fail.

    Whatever unfolds is allowed.

    The Purification Process

    Signs your body is cleansing

The release of old blockages, the healing of your subtle bodies, and the purification of your astral body all work to balance the energies within and around you. As a consequence, the physical body may purge. These are the most common signs — welcome them.

    1

    Coughing, yawning, burping

Natural expressions of the body’s release and regulation.

    2

    Increased urination

Releasing accumulated toxins, making way for renewal.

    3

    Flu-like symptoms

The release of long-held low-vibrational energy. Rest, hydration and nourishing meals are the best medicine.

    4

    Diarrhea

A natural cleansing process your system uses to flush unwanted substances.

    5

    Heightened sweat smell

A result of increased detoxification through the skin.

    6

    Skin renewal

A brighter, healthier complexion as your system rebalances and renews itself.

    7

    Increased menstrual flow

Leading, over time, to more balanced cycles.

    8

    Organ activation

Liver, kidneys and lymph nodes become more efficient at removing toxins.

    9

    Spots on the skin

Signals of impurities exiting your system.

Embrace these signs — your body is journeying toward purification, rebalancing, and self-healing.

    Discover Your Higher Vibration

If you still sense the energy moving within you after the session, trust that everything is unfolding as it should. It’s a natural part of the integration process.

As your system continues to integrate, you may notice spontaneous movements during meditation, quiet moments of surrender, or even while falling asleep. These are natural expressions of your Life Force as your body adjusts to a new level of vitality and awareness.

    Grounding Tools

Steady yourself in your higher frequency

During this transformative period, use these grounding tools to stabilize and center yourself while keeping your frequency high.

  • Connect with nature and spend time outdoors
  • Take cold showers
  • Walk or simply be barefoot to feel grounded
  • Practice gentle movement — yoga, pilates, body flow, stretching
  • Practice mindfulness, meditation and mental stimulation
  • Eat high-vibrational food — raw vegetables, fruit, seeds
  • Practice breathwork, especially Front Belly breathing
  • Increase your water intake
  • Cultivate positive thoughts
  • Practice gratitude
  • Engage your senses — what you see, smell, touch, hear, taste
  • Do activities that bring fulfillment and joy
  • Listen to music
  • Dance, alone or with others
  • Avoid caffeine, alcohol, white sugar, smoking, drugs
  • Regulate your circadian rhythm with natural light and dark
  • Grounding isn’t about doing everything. Choose two or three that resonate with you. Consistency — not intensity — is what allows the transformation to take root.

    Inner work naturally brings change.

You may naturally notice shifts in your priorities, relationships, or way of living. Greater clarity often brings a willingness to let go of habits, attachments, and anything that no longer serves you or aligns with who you are becoming.

    If Something Keeps Moving

    Let it pass through

Sometimes the integration feels more intense than the session itself. This is not a setback — it is part of the healing. What is surfacing is asking to be seen, felt, and released. You don’t have to carry it anymore.

    Come back to the body

When emotion or energy feels big, the fastest way through is down, not up. Bare feet on the earth, a slow walk, warm food, a warm bath, hands on your own chest. The body is where energy grounds. Return to it whenever the mind spins.

    Let it complete

Release often needs to finish its exit — through tears, movement, dreams, or simply time. Don’t force it away, and don’t cling to it either. Give it room, keep resting, and let it move through at its own pace.

    Lower the load

For a few days, ask less of yourself. Fewer commitments, gentler input, more sleep. Integration asks for spaciousness. Where you can create it, the process settles more smoothly.

    Trust the intelligence

Your system doesn’t release more than it can integrate. What surfaced, surfaced because it was ready. The same inner intelligence that guided the session is still guiding the days after. You can trust it to know the pace.

    Return to your intention

Revisit the intention you set — the desire you carried before beginning. Notice, without judgement, where it’s already living in you differently.

    Reach out to us

If something surfaced that you’d like to talk through, message us. We hold this work every week and we’ve walked many people through their integration. You’re not the first, and you’re not alone with it.

You Are Not Doing It Wrong

    What you may feel afterwards.

    The Worry

    “I don’t feel any different — it didn’t work.”

Integration is often invisible at first. What doesn’t show up on the mat frequently arrives later — as sleep, mood, a reaction that no longer fires. Energy works whether or not the mind registers it. Give it time before you decide.

    The Worry

“I feel worse — more emotional, more tired.”

This is usually release, not regression. When held energy moves, feeling and fatigue can surface as it clears. It tends to pass within a few days. Rest, hydrate, stay grounded, and let it move through you rather than bracing against it.

    The Worry

“I’m scared the feeling will fade.”

A session can leave a glow, and it’s natural to want to keep it. But integration isn’t about holding a state — it’s about letting it become part of you. What’s real doesn’t fade; it settles into how you live. You don’t have to grip it.

    The Worry

“Something big came up and I don’t know what to do with it.”

You don’t have to resolve it alone or all at once. Let it move — nature, rest, breath, water. Write it down if that helps. And if it feels like too much to hold, reach out to us or to a therapist you trust. Support is not a failure of integration.

    The Worry

“I want to change my whole life right now.”

Right after a session, everything can feel newly clear. Let it settle before you act. Real clarity survives a few nights’ sleep. The urge to overhaul everything overnight is often the high talking — the integration is quieter, and more trustworthy.

    The Worry

“Am I using this to avoid my real life?”

A fair question, and the right one. This work is healing as deeper integration, not escape. If the experience becomes a way to bypass something difficult, that’s the moment to come back down — into the body, the relationship, the ordinary day. Integration is coming home, not rising above.

    Questions & Answers

    Integration, answered

    What exactly is integration?

Integration is everything that happens after the session ends — the hours, days, and weeks when your nervous system settles what moved and your life absorbs the shift. The session opens something; integration is how it becomes real. Most of the transformation people credit to a session actually lands during this quieter phase.

Is it normal to feel emotional or tired afterwards?

Completely. Tiredness, waves of emotion, vivid dreams, tender skin, or a quiet high are all common in the days after. The energy keeps moving and integrating once you leave the room. These are signs of release, not something going wrong. Rest, hydrate, and let it move through.

    How long does integration take?

There's no fixed timeline. Many people feel the strongest movement in the first three to seven days, with a longer settling over the following weeks. Sometimes an insight surfaces a month later. Integration isn't something to finish — it's the natural unfolding of what the session set in motion.

What should I avoid in the days after?

Where you can, ease off alcohol, heavy substances, big decisions, intense screens, and draining social plans for the first day or two. Not as rules — a settling nervous system simply integrates more cleanly when it isn't flooded. Give the work room before you pile the day back on top of it.

I feel like nothing changed. Is that a problem?

No. Integration is often invisible at first. What doesn't show up on the mat frequently arrives later — as better sleep, a lighter mood, a reaction that no longer fires, a decision that suddenly feels clear. Energy works whether or not the mind registers it immediately. Trust the process and give it time.

What if old emotions or memories keep surfacing?

This is part of release. When life-force energy clears a blocked area, held emotion or memory can rise to complete its exit. Let it move without forcing it away or clinging to it. Rest, breathe, stay grounded — nature, water, gentle movement, sleep. If it feels like too much to hold alone, reach out to us, or to a therapist you trust. You don't have to integrate in isolation.

Could I be using this to avoid something?

It's worth asking. Integration is about becoming more human, not rising above your life. If the days after tempt you to use the experience to skip past something difficult, that's the moment to come back down — into the body, into ordinary life, into the feeling or relationship you'd rather avoid. This is healing as deeper integration, not escape.

Can I go back to normal life the next day?

Usually yes. Most people return to work and routine the following day. The invitation is simply to move through the first day or two a little more gently — more water, more rest, fewer heavy commitments where possible. Normal life isn't the enemy of integration. Rushing is.

Why do the effects sometimes grow over time?

Because integration is cumulative. The nervous system keeps reorganising after the energy moves, and each session builds on the last. Sleep improves, patterns loosen, clarity returns in layers. What begins as a single experience becomes, over weeks, a change in how you live. Continuity is where transformation becomes lasting.

    Feeling Ready?

    Let it keep unfolding.
