A journey into the spiritual heart of India. An immersion that transforms — not merely visits.
The Invitation
You don’t come to India by chance.
One of the most ancient and powerful spiritual lands on the planet, where the Ganges meets the Himalayas and a millennia-old culture still pulses through temples, rituals, and the eyes of those who live here.
The GIVER retreat guides you into the heart of this land, where its wisdom meets GIVER’s energetic and transformative work — through deep practices, ceremonies, and moments of sharing you will have the opportunity to explore new dimensions of yourself.

Sacred Source Retreat · India
The Practices
Sacred Source is not a yoga retreat, nor a collection of wellness activities. It’s a journey built with precise intention — where every experience connects to the next. Nine days to return to your inner Source.
Guided practices to access a space of inner stillness, expand awareness, and develop a deeper and clearer perception of oneself.
Sacred breathwork techniques from the Indian tradition. Each practice guides the awakening of prana — vital energy — progressively opening the body’s energetic channels.
A conscious movement practice from India’s warrior traditions — awakening body awareness, releasing held tension, and building presence and strength.
Experience Kundalini energy awakening through the GIVER® method — two sessions to release suppressed energy, deepen sensitivity, and restore inner harmony.
An authentic evening ritual on the banks of the Ganga — fire, Vedic chants, and a millennia-old rhythm that draws you into deep connection and presence.
A devotional chanting practice from the Indian tradition that brings voices and mantras together in a collective experience. A sonic journey that opens the heart and awakens joy, presence, and connection.
An experience dedicated to healing the Astral Energy Body — supporting realignment, reconnection to Source, and a natural return to balance, clarity, and centeredness.
An introduction to Ayurveda, the ancient science of life. Understand your constitution, your rhythms, and what nourishes or depletes you. Practical knowledge to carry into everyday life.
Be enveloped by Tibetan singing bowls and elevated purification mantras — an immersive sound journey of harmony, relaxation, and deep inner nourishment.
Embody the principles of GIVER — learning to give without depleting yourself, recognizing your uniqueness, and living as an authentic contribution.
A ritual of presence and listening through the Blue Lotus infusion — a sacred plant long associated with heart opening and the expansion of consciousness. An experience that invites inner calm, clarity, and a deeper connection with oneself.
Asana builds presence, rootedness, and strength — grounding the subtler energetic work of the week and returning you to the body itself.
The Excursions
Asana on the Ganges
Practice on the riverbank as the Ganges flows beside you. The oldest river in India as your witness.
Pranayama at the Waterfall
A breathwork experience immersed in the power of water and nature. The breath meets the elements, and the body opens naturally and powerfully.
Sunrise Meditation
Before the day begins, climb toward the Himalayan peaks. As the sun slowly rises over the valley, you sit in meditation at the top of the world, immersed in the stillness and vastness of the landscape.
Waterfall Trekking
Through the Himalayan hills. A walk that asks something of the body — and gives something back. The land here is not a backdrop. It is practice.
Sacred Source welcomes a selected number of participants — to preserve the depth and quality of the experience.
On the last day, we will celebrate together the Diwali festival.
On November 8th, as our last day together closes, India lights up. Diwali — the Festival of Lights — fills the streets of Rishikesh, the ghats along the Ganga, every lane and doorway with flame. One of the most sacred celebrations in the country. Thousands of years old.
A night that marks the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, inner clarity over everything that clouds it.
You will not be watching it from the outside. You will be inside it. There is no better way to close the Sacred Source experience.
Who This Is For
Sacred Source is open to anyone who feels the pull. No spiritual experience required — only the willingness to arrive, open up, and receive.
You feel drawn to India — not as a tourist, but as someone who senses a deep calling, almost like a homecoming that has been waiting for you.
You are ready to dedicate an entire week to yourself, your energy, and your journey of transformation and deep nourishment.
You would love to experience Pranayama, Sound Healing, wellbeing practices, and ceremonies in their original context.
You may not be a GIVER, but you feel a resonance and want to experience a profound spiritual awakening and connection with your Soul. This journey is open to everyone.
Who Holds The Space
You are held by those who built the path. Sacred Source is designed personally by the founders of GIVER® — present with you for all nine days, on the ground in Rishikesh.
Founder of GIVER®
Giada founded GIVER® and leads its work across Italy, Europe, Bali and India. She and Andrea now hold Sacred Source together in Rishikesh, bringing the full essence of the method to the land where its wisdom was born. Her presence is the quiet center of the retreat — grounded, precise, deeply human.
Co-creator of GIVER®
What he shares today is the result of years of personal exploration, learning, and unlearning. He and Giada now hold Sacred Source Retreat together in Rishikesh, as a space where newcomers feel safe and seasoned seekers go deeper.
Teacher at GIVER®
A professional in creative movement therapy, director, performer, and yoga teacher, Mastro Ankint guides the body toward greater presence and awareness.
During the Sacred Source retreat, he will lead an Art Therapy Through Movement session — an immersive experience inspired by Indian culture, exploring presence, flexibility, and somatic release. A journey into your own physicality, letting the life force flow and opening the way to a deeper awareness of yourself.
Teacher at GIVER®
Born and raised in the Himalayas, Joshan Ji has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. A teacher of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and Sound Healing, he brings to Sacred Source an authentic and grounded approach to the yogic tradition.
As part of the Giver retreat, he will guide participants through practices of presence, awareness, and inner connection.
